Responsibilities:
Educate the community,
including Hartford 2000, the NRZ’s, and the greater Hartford community,
about government
Educate government about NRZ’s,
including legislation, the roles of NRZ’s, and the needs of NRZ’s and
their people
Address issues and concerns
that involve government and that affect one or more NRZ’s or the city as a
whole
Research and recommend
positions on issues and concerns involving NRZ’s and government
Serve as the H2K contact with
the State NRZ Advisory Board
Oversee distribution of
governmental information to NRZ’s, e.g. CREN’s Council Review and Preview
